Club Advisory Council

Help shape the future of golf club software.

A place where ideas raised by clubs are discussed, and where we hear directly from the people who matter most: the clubs themselves.

Who it’s for

  • Club secretaries and general managers
  • Captains, presidents and committee members
  • Competitions and handicap secretaries
  • PGA professionals and pro shop staff

Your club doesn’t need to use rungolf.club.

How it works

Every idea raised gets an answer.

1

Raise it

Send ideas, problems and wish-list items any time, by email, phone or WhatsApp.

2

Discuss it

Once a quarter we meet for an hour online and talk through what’s been raised and what we’re planning.

3

Decide it

Together we rank what matters most to clubs, and that shapes what we build next.

4

Report back

After each meeting, every member gets a short summary: what we heard, what we’ll build, and what we won’t, and why.

What members get

  • A real say

Your club’s problems go straight to the people building the software, not into a support queue.

  • Answers, not silence

Every idea raised gets a response in the quarterly summary.

  • An early look

Members see new features first, and can try them before anyone else.

  • What other clubs think

We share what we learn across the council, so you can see how other Irish clubs handle the same problems.

  • First in line

When we open founding club and pilot places, council members hear first.

What we ask

Honesty

Tell us what works, what doesn’t and what you’d never use. Polite agreement doesn’t help anyone.

About an hour a quarter

For the online meeting, plus the odd quick question by email when you have time.

Discretion

Some of what we share is early. We ask members to keep plans and designs within the council until they’re public.

Your club’s voice, heard.
